Job Overview

The L2 associate serves as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners, acting as the face of Amazon to our delivery partners. This role requires identifying delivery partner concerns and working on troubleshooting delivery partner issues, as well as providing process improvement suggestions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills
  • Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements

Qualifications

Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers, as well as good comprehension skills, are also necessary. The ability to concentrate and work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently, is required. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer is also necessary. Excellent typing skills and the ability to navigate websites proficiently are also required.
