Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Tendering Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting tenders online and offline for various government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
  • Effective communication with clients via telephone and email regarding tenders and works.
  • Visits to clients' offices for tender meetings, documentation, and billing processes.
  • Collaboration with tender agencies and purchasers to ensure smooth tender submission.
  • Management of sales orders, tracking work progress, and preparing reports.
  • Coordination of tender fees, EMD, and final tender documents with checklists.
  • Configuration of PCs for successful tender submission.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in tendering and procurement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
