Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in automation, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering robust, high-quality solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Create and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Implement end-to-end automation to improve coverage, speed, and reliability of releases.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation.
- Identify gaps in processes and proactively improve CI/CD pipelines with automated quality gates.
- 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Strong experience with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with AI/ML product testing or data-heavy applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
