Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Financials professional to lead client implementations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

The Lead Consultant will drive business transformation, manage project risks, and ensure successful delivery within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to meet client objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels with clients to build trust and confidence.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure timely completion.
  • Deliver solutions that align with client goals and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Workday Financials certification in one or more areas: R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.
  • A minimum of 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of finance domains, including accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to operate in an independent capacity.
