Associate Director - Transformational Leader

Job Description:

Seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead transformation initiatives and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of record-to-report accounting processes and excel in forging strong partnerships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ad-hoc projects initiated by Controllership leadership.
  • Assist with drafting desktop procedures and training as part of transition efforts in the first 6-12 months.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Finance senior leadership.
  • Identify and manage training and upskilling of local team members.
  • Hold self and others to timelines, quality, and accuracy.
  • Articulate material risks and opportunities and take an active role in designing and executing response or contingency plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Core R2R controllership experience for large organizations.
  • Leading transitions and transformations, innovations.
  • Digital finance experience.
  • Managed senior stakeholders in US Europe.
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills.
