Job Description
The Customer Support Intern will assist in monitoring customer interactions, collecting and analyzing data, and developing strategies to prevent escalations. You will also handle basic customer queries, support requests, and provide feedback to improve customer support processes. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your customer service skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
* Assist in monitoring customer interactions to identify common issues that lead to escalations* Collect data on customer interactions, complaints, and escalation trends* Develop and implement strategies to address recurring issues and reduce escalations* Handle basic customer queries and support requests under supervision* Provide feedback to improve customer support processes and procedures* Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop customer service skills and knowledge

Qualifications
We are looking for recent graduates or individuals pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and basic analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems are pluses.
