Responsibilities:
- Take Product/Service lower rating feedback calls (~25 calls per day).
- Take Prime user feedback calls (~500 users per month).
- Take calls if any Prasad refund and address collection issues (~40-50 cases).
- Handling inbound calls/chats.
Key Requirements:
- Good command over English & Hindi Language, ability to effectively communicate information in written format. Good to have if you know Telugu and Tamil language too.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- A problem- solving attitude
- High level of enthusiasm about helping and serving clients, strong customer and solution-oriented personality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup.
