The devotion market is a $44B opportunity in India (growing at 10% CAGR), which is primarily offline and unorganised. Of the $44B, the temples drive GMV of ~$27B in temple offerings, services, and commerce. There are 2M+ temples in India - about 10k of these temples have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these religious places is a $10B opportunity. Responsibilities:

  • Take Product/Service lower rating feedback calls (~25 calls per day).
  • Take Prime user feedback calls (~500 users per month).
  • Take calls if any Prasad refund and address collection issues (~40-50 cases).
  • Handling inbound calls/chats.

Key Requirements:

  • Good command over English & Hindi Language, ability to effectively communicate information in written format. Good to have if you know Telugu and Tamil language too.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner.
  • A problem- solving attitude
  • High level of enthusiasm about helping and serving clients, strong customer and solution-oriented personality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup.
