Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with banks for banking operations, ensuring seamless transactions and management of various bank accounts.
  • Assist with daily cash management, producing timely and accurate reports on liquidity.
  • Obtain required documents and prepare weekly payment summaries for accounting purposes.
  • Review employee claims and manage credit card transactions efficiently.
  • Procure necessary licenses and produce monthly payment reports for accounting purposes.
  • Execute financing deals and facilitate daily portfolio transfers, investor repayments, and EMI repayments.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts.
  • Record journal entries using NetSuite to support a timely month-end close.
  • Coordinate with departments on statutory dues, accruals, vendor management, and contracts management.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Masters in finance or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar position.
  • Experience handling banking transactions and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • A high level of entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with good grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Driven by data and highly analytical, with a good understanding of Excel preferred.
