Job Overview

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Operations Leads to ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with design and production teams to align timelines for your cohort or city. You will manage internal stakeholders like Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams, etc., to meet customer promised timelines and quality standards.

  • Own the customer experience from booking to handover, acting as the highest point of escalation for regional issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams like installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams, etc., for faster issue resolution.
  • Manage a team to empower existing staff and hire top talent in the country to strengthen your region.
  • Ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Preferrable: NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries
  • People management skills (direct team reporting is a must)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants for maximum project reach
