Business Intelligence Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to our analytics team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in programming, statistical modeling, and data visualization to extract insights from complex datasets, build predictive models, and enable informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Perform data segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical and ML metrics to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Design and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards for monitoring model performance and sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and recommendations.
  • Ensure high data accuracy through validation and anomaly checks.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to improve data processes and analytics frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels) for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, ROC-AUC, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools for creating dashboards and data storytelling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
