Job Title: Data Scientist Leader

Experience: 5+ years of leading data science and machine learning projects, with a strong background in developing and deploying predictive models, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, and building scalable data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced AI/ML strategies to support business growth using Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and other relevant libraries.
  • Write high-quality engineering-grade code that integrates seamlessly into production environments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into valuable insights and drive measurable business outcomes.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries, including PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas.
  • Experience with machine learning model development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Experience with databases, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Experience with GitHub, Docker, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with real-time and batch processing systems.
