About the Role

This key position involves overseeing the entire seafood processing lifecycle, ensuring that every shipment meets the highest quality standards for global markets. This entails maintaining international compliance, supervising laboratory tests, and implementing robust food safety and quality assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management: Supervise and organize seafood processing procedures in line with global standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to EU, US, and Asian country export documentation requirements.
  • Lab Testing: Conduct and manage laboratory tests (microbiological, histamine, and related parameters).
  • Liaison: Liaise with EIA, MPEDA, and other government authorities for certifications and regulatory matters.
  • Food Safety: Implement and monitor food safety and quality assurance systems.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for traceability and audits.
