The role of a Seafood Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital part in maintaining the highest quality standards for our seafood exports.
About the PositionThis challenging yet rewarding position requires expertise in seafood processing and export regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laboratory testing related to seafood shipments and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise and manage seafood processing procedures according to global standards.
- E nsure compliance with international export documentation, including EU, US, and Asian countries.
- Conduct and oversee laboratory tests (microbiological, histamine, and related parameters).
- Maintain accurate records for traceability and audits.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Microbiology or Fisheries Science.
- Strong knowledge of seafood processing and export regulations.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory testing related to seafood shipments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage compliance documentation.
