Project Costing Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage project costing for large, complex projects. As a Project Costing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret architectural drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Utilize Revit/AutoCAD for planning and estimation.
  • Liaise with vendors, analyze costs, and manage procurement inquiries.
  • Visit sites to understand challenges and validate costs.
  • Track project progress and maintain updated pricing information.
  • Document best practices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project costing or estimation (construction preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
