About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to lead the cost estimation process for large-scale façade projects. The role involves overseeing quantity surveying, validating material and labor costs, mentoring estimation teams, and ensuring competitive, accurate estimates aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the quantity surveying and estimation process for assigned projects.
- Accurately assess quantities, materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Oversee and guide Estimators and Quantity Surveyors to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Prepare final cost reports and assist in presenting estimates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of cost estimates to support bidding and decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and project management for data collection.
- Prepare and manage project budgets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in façade industry estimation or quantity surveying for large-scale projects (Middle East experience preferred).
- Proficiency in estimation and project management software.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
