Job Description:

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery. Your expertise in business analysis and advisory services will help clients navigate complex digital ecosystems, identifying key opportunities and challenges across omnichannel marketing channels.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new service offerings, providing training to internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution through end-to-end project management. Effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders are crucial in delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in client servicing roles
  • Knowledge and experience of digital ecosystems
  • Understanding of multichannel/Omnichannel campaigns
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
