Service Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Service Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level support for Service Management in a mission-critical banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3-level support for Service Management in a mission-critical banking environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS and SWIFT.
- Operate under ITIL processes, including Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge management.
- Troubleshoot incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in DR/BCP drills.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Tune configurations and schedule jobs to optimize performance and reliability.
- Coordinate vendor TAC cases, firmware/patch planning, and validate post-change health.
- Maintain strong documentation, runbook hygiene, and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ownership mindset and readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- At least 8+ years of experience in L3-level support for Service Management in a mission-critical banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow/BMC and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
