Pharmaceutical Service Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Service Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering effective solutions to customer issues and requirements, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular customer visits to inspect machines related to retrofitting and upgradation
- Provide expert technical advice to resolve customer queries and deliver product presentations
- Collaborate with production, planning, and service teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in pharmaceutical machinery
- Support the sales team with technical inputs during client negotiations and proposal development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols during machine upgrades and installations
