Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday Financials projects. This key role will be responsible for driving project success through effective collaboration, resource management, and championing best practices in software development.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, leading cross-functional teams, and promoting innovation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects and system improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Promote innovation and process improvements
  • Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Workday developer with expertise on all modules within Workday Financials Management
  • Proficiency in Workday Financials, Workday Extend/Built on Workday, and Workday Studio
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack for project management and communication
  • Experience with Indirect Tax Software integrations (e.g., Sovos, Avalara, Vertex)
