About the Role:

We seek talented individuals who can enhance our financial systems, implement ERP solutions, and build data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with our finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions that drive results.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for key performance indicators, financial reporting, and operational metrics.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with our financial processes and internal controls.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and maintenance of finance system-related implementations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT teams for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train and support our finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization, report automation, and Power BI (DAX, data modeling).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar) with a focus on system integration and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes, including financial reporting and MIS.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally.
