The primary objective of this role is to drive strategic growth by identifying acquisition opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify M&A opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Perform financial forecasting and scenario analysis to anticipate future outcomes.
  • Manage due diligence processes and transaction documents to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Assist in post-merger integration and operational alignment to optimize business performance.
Strategic Planning & Corporate Development
  • Develop business segment-wise strategies and assess industry trends to stay competitive.
  • Support senior leadership in defining long-term business objectives and vision.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare strategic plan presentations and reports for executive leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
  • MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 institute or CA qualification.
  • Minimum CFA Level 2 certification (preferred).
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in M&A/Strategy roles.
