Senior Paid Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results. Your key responsibilities will include campaign strategy and management, client management, in-house marketing, team collaboration, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others
- Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and ad copy creation
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with campaign results
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance, strategies, and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in paid marketing with a focus on PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with experience in presenting campaign performance and strategy recommendations
