We are looking for a skilled Advertising Sales Manager to help us level up our ATL Strategy and Influencer Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing advertising sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Map key clients and agencies in the region for pitching company advertising/marketing solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored advertising solutions that deliver results.
- Building trusted relationships, and clearly articulate key value propositions, processes and performance for the region.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to design impactful ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reporting and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ad products and sales approaches.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Contribute to product innovation by sharing client feedback and market needs.
- Experience: 3–5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role. Experience in tech/Saas sales is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
