System Stability Specialist Job Description

Our company seeks a highly skilled System Stability Specialist to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of our Digital and eTrading platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in log monitoring tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), software tools (Grafana, Splunk, Docker, Kubernetes), Python programming language, and version control systems. Additionally, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing quality support to internal and external clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsive application support for our Digital and eTrading platforms by analyzing and resolving issues related to system stability and scalability.
  • Enhance monitoring systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability by implementing new tools and best practices.
  • Maintain system stability, security, and risk management to uphold the integrity and resilience of our platforms by conducting regular audits and making necessary improvements.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues affecting system stability and performance.
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes to optimize platform performance by gathering feedback from stakeholders and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.
