About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to undertake various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating effective management of pre- and post-enrollment activities, ensuring seamless interactions with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing applications and applicants for course enrollment.
  • Managing all communications related to refunds, deferments, and certificate issuance.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for questions regarding certificate issuance, pre-enrollment, and post-enrollment queries.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and program support teams to ensure timely responses to participants.
  • Managing reminders for pending payment installments.
  • Creating certificate templates according to affiliated schools.
  • Preparing and distributing key reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Admissions Officer or a relevant position.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, with weekend working (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savviness, proficient in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency.
