**Job Description:**

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Leed HR Services, you will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders and hiring partners. Your key objectives include:

  1. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing candidates who meet their requirements.
  2. Defining Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement innovative attraction and recruiting strategies that differentiate our clients from competitors.
  3. Hiring Across Service Lines: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop winning strategies for hiring across all service lines.
  4. Subject Matter Expertise: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in recruitment, using your knowledge and experience to drive robust hiring targets.
  5. Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to the CEO, ensuring daily objectives are met.
  6. Meeting Targets: Meet monthly targets for yourself and ensure that shortlisted candidates meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  7. Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate geographically distributed client teams.
  8. Recruitment Focus: Focus on non-IT and manufacturing company recruitments only.
  9. Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates from professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine.com, and LinkedIn.
  10. Email Crafting: Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  11. Resume Screening: Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  12. Candidate Interviewing: Interview candidates and shortlist them for allocated clients.
  13. Job Advertising: Advertise job openings on social media, job boards, and internally.
  14. Shortlisting Candidates: Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  15. Job Offer Management: Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  16. Future Hiring Needs: Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  17. Onboarding Support: Act as a consultant to new hires, helping them onboard.

**Candidate Specifications:**

  • Qualification: Graduate or MBA degree
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Working Mode: Work from home arrangement
  • Prior Experience: Must have prior experience in non-IT and manufacturing company recruitments (production, quality, store, logistics, purchase, PPC, sales, BD, HR, accounts, CRE, CS, CA, etc.)
  • Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
  • Office Timing: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, alternate Saturday off, and Sunday fixed off
  • Required Equipment: Own laptop and cell phone for calling
