Job Title: Global Security Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

The role of a Global Security Operations Coordinator involves overseeing international travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying risks, managing incidents, and creating standard operating procedures to ensure the highest level of safety and efficient responses to urgent matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage global travel operations and risk mitigation projects to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate effectively with teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders during emergency and routine situations.
  • Understand and follow established security protocols and procedures.
  • Document missions and update work management software in real-time.
  • Compile and disseminate operational information to facilitate intra-shift briefings and exchanges.
  • Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and exercises to maintain GSOC proficiency.
  • Monitor global events that may impact client interests and provide situational awareness.
  • Conduct after-action debriefs to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

  • Research and writing experience; aptitude to learn and adapt.
  • Knowledge of global security and geopolitical trends.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Relevant experience an asset but not mandatory.
