Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, forecast and manage financial projections
  • Deliver forecasts for monthly, quarterly and annual results, recommending cost reduction strategies where applicable
  • Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to align company objectives with its mission, vision, values and direction
  • Provide business partnering support through data analysis and foster strong relationships across the organization
  • Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts
  • Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights on business performance
  • Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management information reports (PnL) with variance analysis
  • Manage working capital for the group
  • Identify and understand business challenges, proposing solutions

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Postgraduate degree in finance from a top institution or CA qualification
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing similar roles
  • Clear understanding and maintain a detailed knowledge of sales and revenue drivers
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal communication and team management
