Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Service professional with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the CS module, including knowledge of Org. Structure, CS Master Data / Supporting Doc. Types for Service, and Pricing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the SAP CS module, including knowledge of corrective maintenance service, preventive maintenance service, service contract management, service monitoring and analytics, warranty claim management - customer claim processing, and warranty claim management - supplier recovery processing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS, with added advantage of S4 certification.
Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in CS module topics, including Corrective Maintenance Service, Preventive Maintenance Service, Service Contract Management, Service Monitoring and Analytics, Warranty Claim Management - Customer Claim Processing, Warranty Claim Management - Supplier Recovery Processing, In-House Repair (3XK), Recurring Services, Service Order Management, Interaction Center Service Request Management, Business Process Requirement GAPs and Analysis, and RICEF-W Objects.
  • Proficient in handling issues/troubleshooting/support functions.
  • Experience in building the integration of SAP with non-SAP applications.
  • Good knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Solution Manager.
  • Ability to establish and maintain high customer trust and confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ready to work in a 24 x 5 support environment.
