Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As an expert in Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for designing and building intelligent systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop AI Solutions: Create innovative AI-enabled products that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Optimize Search and RAG Systems: Build and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Evaluate Agent Performance: Develop robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Knowledge of AI Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
  • Familiarity with our core technologies is a plus: Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
