Strategic Client Relationship Manager

Key to this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. To succeed, you will be working closely with clients to design organizational health risk management and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop targeted solutions for organizational health risk management and wellness.
  • Prepare implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in suitable health management vendors.
  • Develop and plan every aspect of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
  • Supervise the launch of health risk management programs.
  • Supervise operation of all health risk management projects and make changes as necessary.
  • Lead multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements.
Requirements
  • Hold a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in general insurance.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage diverse client cultures.
  • Have corporate relationship management or business solution provider experience.
  • Possess domain knowledge, especially in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
