Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Nurture strong partnerships with key clients through clear communication and timely delivery.
    • Gain a thorough understanding of each client's business goals and target audience.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Lead the full lifecycle of campaigns from brief to reporting.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive execution and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Strategic Consulting & Brand Stewardship:
    • Deliver strategic guidance backed by industry trends and insights.
    • Ensure all campaigns align with the client's voice and positioning.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor campaign KPIs and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Analyze results to deliver actionable insights and clear next steps.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Expansion:
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with the new business team to pitch ideas and renew or expand contracts.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Align teams and manage expectations across departments.
    • Mentor junior colleagues and share best practices.
  • Crisis Management & Problem Solving:
    • Tackle challenges head-on, offering quick solutions under pressure.
    • Stay adaptable and proactive in a dynamic environment.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2+ years of account management experience in a digital agency.
    • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and campaigns.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and performance media.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing polish.
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and project trackers.
