Job Title: Conversion and Visa Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Healthy Pipeline
  • Support Application Progression
  • Document Collection & Follow-ups
  • Assessment of Documents at Visa Stage
  • Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
  • Communication
  • Maintain a Follow-up on Refund Cases
  • Innovative Approach: Predicting Issues and Resolving Them Proactively
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or Equivalent Degree
  • Experience in Overseas Education Industry
