Job Title: Manager - Collections Analytics

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced collections manager to join our team. As a collections manager, you will be responsible for analyzing data and building collection strategies to maximize repayment at optimal cost.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and risk, to drive operational strategies across collections and recoveries. Your goal will be to identify third-party solutions and innovative ways to evolve the repayment experience.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and build collection strategies to maximize repayment at optimal cost
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational strategies across collections and recoveries
  • Identify third-party solutions and innovative ways to evolve the repayment experience
  • Monitor repayment metrics and influence vendor strategies to maximize repayment at optimal cost
  • Manage performance and efficiency across the customer lifecycle focused on repayment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, economics, business, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years' experience in analyzing data and using database query language (e.g., SQL) analysis and programming developer tools such as Python, R, Databricks analytics
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
