Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented intern to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with utmost precision and care.
- Organize and manage all types of HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files in both physical and digital formats.
- Support the preparation of various HR-related documents for smooth office operations.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers for leaves and attendance to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Contribute to compliance and audit preparation activities by ensuring timely submission of reports and documents.
- Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Procure and maintain adequate office supplies and inventory to prevent any disruptions in work.

Requirements:
- Detailed understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software and tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
