Job Title:
SME - CDC Implementations

Overview:
A highly skilled SME is required to lead the implementation of Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions using Debezium and Oracle. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of CDC technologies, database replication, and real-time data synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CDC Implementations: Architect and implement CDC solutions that meet business requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in CDC technologies, database replication, and real-time data synchronization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and troubleshoot CDC solutions.
- Performance Tuning & Optimization: Monitor and optimize CDC pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Lead efforts to identify and resolve issues related to CDC processes.
- Best Practices & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices, guidelines, and standards for CDC technologies.
- Documentation: Provide thorough documentation on CDC processes and architecture.
- Training & Mentorship: Mentor and train junior engineers on CDC technologies and database management.
- Research & Development: Stay up to date with emerging CDC technologies and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in implementing CDC solutions using Debezium and Oracle.
- Technical Skills: In-depth technical knowledge of CDC technologies, database replication, and real-time data synchronization.
- Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Certifications in Debezium, Oracle, or related database and CDC technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in Retail, particularly in areas involving large-scale data pipelines, real-time analytics, and data warehousing.
