Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team at QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting business and technical needs, processing complex business requirements, and converting them into easy-to-understand functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit business and technical needs by adopting standard requirement elicitation techniques.
  • Process and massage complex business needs and convert them into easy-to-understand functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, BRDs, and FSDs.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and the technical department with the ability to communicate well at various groups and levels.
  • Create development project plans, execute them, and keep track of completion dates and progress of tasks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Have hands-on development experience on Java 8, Angular, and Spring batch, Spring cloud, Spring security, REST services, and Microservices on OpenShift/AWS cloud platform.
  • Have good exposure to DevOps - GitHub, Jenkins pipeline, Docker, Harbour, Unit testing tools, and Code quality tools.
  • Have good exposure to Behavioral-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology.
  • Have good technical understanding working with infrastructure and application teams.
  • Have hands-on experience in BPMN and related tools such as IBM Blueworks.
  • Have previous hands-on experience within an IAM or PAM migration project.
  • Have good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements.
  • Have a proven track record of working with technical, Cybersecurity, and operations teams.
  • Have a fundamental understanding of APIs, their integration with the front end, databases, and basic programming fundamentals.
  • Be well-versed with software development practices, Agile, and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Manage agile teams of software developers, testers, and UI engineers.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and value.
  • Have strong data analysis and process mapping skills and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate and report progress updates to stakeholders.

Certification Requirements:

  • IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA).
  • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
  • IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).
  • IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA).
