Requirements : .

- At least 6 years of related experience as Technical Business Analyst.

- Eliciting both business and technical needs by adopting standard requirement elicitation techniques.

- Processing and massaging complex business needs and converting them into easy-to-understand functional and non-functional requirements that can be consumed easily by the development team.

- Requirements gathering in a technical environment, e.g DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, both on Cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms.

- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements in form of user stories, use cases, BRDs and FSDs.

- Acting as a bridge between the business users and the technical department with an ability to communicate well at various groups and levels.

- Creating development project plans, executing them by keeping track of completion dates and progress of the tasks, identifying and mitigating risks.

- Hands-on development experience on Java 8, Angular and Spring batch, Spring cloud, Spring security, REST services, and Microservices on OpenShift / AWS cloud platform.

- Good exposure of DevOps - GitHub, Jenkins pipeline, Docker, Harbour, Unit testing tools and Code quality tools.

- Good exposure on Behavioral-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology.

- Good exposure on monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace, Kibana.

- Good technical understanding working with infrastructure and application teams.

- Hands-on experience in BPMN and related tools such as IBM Blueworks.

- Previous hands-on experience within an IAM or PAM migration project.

- Good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements.

- Proven track record of working with technical, Cybersecurity and operations teams.

- Fundamental understanding of APIs, their integration with the front end, databases, and also basic programming fundamentals such as variables, datatypes, loops, objects/arrays, comparisons, functions, events, etc.

- Well versed with software development practices, Agile and scrum ceremonies.

- Managing agile teams of software developers, testers and UI engineers.

- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and value.

- Strong data analysis and process mapping skills and maintaining cost efficiency.

- Effectively communicating and reporting progress updates to the stakeholders.

Certification Requirements (Any One) : .

- IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA).

- IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

- IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).

- IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)
