Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team at QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit business and technical requirements through standard elicitation techniques
  • Process and massage complex business needs into easy-to-understand functional and non-functional requirements
  • Document requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, BRDs, and FSDs
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
  • Develop project plans, execute them, and track progress
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Have hands-on experience with Java 8, Angular, Spring batch, Spring cloud, Spring security, REST services, and Microservices on OpenShift/AWS cloud platform
  • Have good exposure to DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins pipeline, Docker, Harbour, Unit testing tools, and Code quality tools
  • Have good exposure to Behavioral-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology
  • Have good technical understanding of infrastructure and application teams
  • Have hands-on experience with BPMN and related tools like IBM Blueworks
  • Have previous experience in IAM or PAM migration projects
  • Have good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements
  • Have a proven track record of working with technical, Cybersecurity, and operations teams
  • Have fundamental understanding of APIs, their integration with the front end, databases, and basic programming fundamentals
  • Have well-versed software development practices, Agile, and Scrum ceremonies
  • Have experience managing agile teams of software developers, testers, and UI engineers
  • Have strong data analysis and process mapping skills and maintaining cost efficiency
  • Have effectively communicated and reported progress updates to stakeholders

Certification Requirements:

  • IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)
  • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
  • IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)
