Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth, build strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs), and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive HNI client acquisition, equity advisory, and dealing to achieve business objectives through strategic partnerships and relationship management.
  • Achieve sales numbers, revenue, and product mix targets by leveraging expertise in equity and derivatives products, as well as deep understanding of equities markets.
  • Cement existing relationships, develop new ones, and maintain a strong service attitude to foster long-term client loyalty and retention.
  • Identify customer requirements and gaps, and work towards bridging them through expert advice and relationship management, resulting in increased client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry in a similar function, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to acquire, advise, and handle top-end client relationships, leveraging expertise in equity and derivatives products to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in equity and derivatives products, as well as a deep understanding of equities markets, with a strong focus on staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
  • Certification in Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation or MBA degree from a reputable institution, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework in finance, economics, or a related field.
