About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader to drive our brand forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and strengthening our brand identity across all channels, driving organic growth through content, community, and storytelling, leading go-to-market and lifecycle strategies to acquire and retain customers, mentoring and managing a creative, high-energy marketing team, and using data and consumer insights to optimize brand campaigns and growth levers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and Strengthen Brand Identity: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that showcases our unique value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
  2. Drive Organic Growth: Craft compelling content, build engaged communities, and tell stories that inspire and delight our customers.
  3. Lead Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and implement effective go-to-market plans to acquire and retain customers, leveraging data-driven insights to inform our approach.
  4. Mentor and Manage Marketing Team: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within our marketing team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  5. Optimize Brand Campaigns: Use data and consumer insights to refine our brand campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a strong focus on brand and content.
  • A proven track record of scaling engagement through organic strategies.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex projects.
