Role Overview

We seek a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives that power our global products and client solutions.

You will work across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive progress against goals, and deliver scalable solutions worldwide.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to manage software development projects in a fast-paced, global environment and holds a certification as a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed squads.
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear plans and delivery schedules.
  • Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and remove risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Manage client-facing relationships with national boards, leagues, and franchises to ensure thorough alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • A certified Scrum Master is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and experience leading distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • A strong passion for sports, particularly cricket, is highly valued.
