Strategic HR Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by spearheading strategic initiatives and providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Identify, select, and onboard top talent within tight timelines, ensuring seamless integration into our dynamic work environment.
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, complete first-day orientation, and provide ongoing support for new employees.
  • Rewards Implementation: Work with supervisors and managers to design and implement effective performance management and reward systems that drive engagement and motivation.
  • Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve workplace issues promptly, advise managers on best practices, and ensure timely resolution of personnel matters.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement: Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent, identify and highlight key differentiators, and leverage various channels to convey corporate culture.
  • Supporting Special Initiatives: Participate in departmental projects, such as compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and corporate engagements.
  • Administration: Support event planning activities, maintain records, and perform other duties as assigned.
