Job Title: HR Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Human Resource functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment and Talent Management:
      • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure business needs are met.
      • Lead the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interviewing.
      • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Payroll Administration and Attendance Management:
      • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
      • Manage attendance systems to monitor employee punctuality and productivity.
    • HR Policy Development and Compliance:
      • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions, SOPs, and employee handbooks that align with organizational objectives and labor laws.
      • Ensure compliance with UAE statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
    • Performance Appraisal and Employee Relations:
      • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
      • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior HR experience in the Gulf region is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
