About the Role

This Lead Product Designer will be responsible for designing AI-first interfaces that enhance doctor-patient interactions and usability of health insurance products.

  • The ideal candidate will apply strategic thinking and systems-level design to create accessible user experiences aligning with our mission.
  • A balance of user needs, clinical protocols, and business goals is essential when designing for multiple platforms (web for doctors, mobile for patients).
  • Qualitative and quantitative research will inform user journeys, personas, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists is crucial for successful execution.
Requirements

To excel, you should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design with a focus on consumer or enterprise tech; experience in healthcare, insurtech, or AI-driven products is beneficial.
  • A deep understanding of user-centred design principles, systems thinking, and ability to translate complex requirements into simple interfaces.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and their impact on healthcare.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion/interaction tools is advantageous.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms; comfort with responsive design and accessibility guidelines.
