Job Title: Visual Communication Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Visual Communication Specialist.

As a visual storyteller, you will transform complex ideas into stunning, intuitive interfaces that communicate brand stories effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of UI design experience with a strong visual communication portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools like Midjourney and Adobe Firefly.

You will be responsible for designing pixel-perfect user interfaces, creating visual communication systems, developing responsive web interfaces and micro-interactions, and transforming brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiences across platforms.

  • Design visually appealing and functional interfaces that communicate brand messages effectively.
  • Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and development teams in our creative workspace.
  • Develop interactive prototypes and production-ready web components using Framer.

Requirements:

  • Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
  • Proficiency in Framer for building interactive prototypes and production-ready web components.
  • Experience with AI design tools for creative ideation.
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for seamless Framer development.
  • Understanding of branding, design systems, and visual hierarchy.
