Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively coach and motivate their team members.

The Team Lead will be responsible for monitoring work and attendance, as well as ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to lead by example, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of employees to achieve goals and objectives
  • Monitor work and attendance, and take corrective action when necessary
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with performance management and development
