Senior Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Professional to lead our team in Noida, India.


This role requires the candidate to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as experience working on large-scale projects.


About the Role
  • Lead design review meetings and progress meetings with clients
  • Prepare fee estimates and staff utilisation forecasts
  • Define project scopes and manage a small team
  • Mentor and guide junior staff

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years experience within a consultancy environment
  • Proven track record of dealing with clients and forging effective relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working to UK standards
  • Adept in the use of AutoCAD, Microstation & Civil3D
  • Proficient in use of standard MS Office software and Causeway Flow/MicroDrainage
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards becoming a Chartered Engineer within 1-2 years

Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering/Environmental/Water Resources Engineering
