Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Responsible for day-to-day operational performance and ensuring Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements fulfillment related to Network.
  • First-level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network.
  • Prioritizing faults to meet Service Level Agreement, Warranty Level Agreement NW faults rectification, backup, and health checkup with agreed frequency.
  • Participates in internal technical discussions to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • First level service problem restoration in 24/7 shifts.
  • Handling and analyzing Trouble Tickets and recommending timely actions and solutions.
  • Implementing Change Requests within stipulated time periods.
  • Creating Work Orders for the support team when vital.
  • Raising Trouble Tickets towards Second Level in consultation.
  • Performing first-level Preventive Maintenance of nodes.
  • Supporting involved in upgrade updates of live nodes if required.
